Modavinio is an online boutique for Italian-inspired designer fashion. We curate designer garments and accessories—both new and pre-loved—from trusted partners and fashion warehouses in Italy and beyond, bringing European designer fashion to American wardrobes at European-equivalent prices.
Are you an outlet store?
Yes. We source past-season, overstock, and select current items from vetted vendors.
What guides your selection?
We focus on timeless over trendy, craftsmanship and fabric first, verified authenticity and transparency, sustainable choices through resale and longevity, and concierge-level service.
Do you guarantee authenticity?
Yes. We stand by the authenticity of every item we sell. If an item is confirmed counterfeit by an independent authenticator, you may choose a full refund or a replacement of equal value if available. See our Authenticity Guarantee for full details.

Can orders be canceled?
We move quickly to ship. If you need to change or cancel, contact support@modavinio.com immediately. We can't guarantee interception once processing begins. We may also cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors, or policy violations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and trusted payment providers displayed at checkout.
Are prices guaranteed?
Prices are shown in USD (or localized currency at checkout) and may change without notice, as we operate in an environment with ever-changing regulations such as tariffs. We may correct errors or inaccuracies and cancel or refuse orders placed with incorrect information, even after submission.
Who pays duties and taxes?
We pay for duties and taxes for shipments to the US, EU, and UK to minimize effort for our customers. Outside of these regions, compliance with local rules and regulations is the customer's responsibility.

How long is processing time?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
How long does shipping take?
Economy shipping typically takes 5–7 business days to US EU UK destinations. Expedited options (when available) are shown at checkout. Expedited shipping to the US EU UK may take up to 2-3 days depending on the destination.
How much is shipping?
Economy shipping is generally free for all destinations in the US and the European Union including the UK. Expedited shipping options are available for a fee. Any promotions or free-shipping thresholds will appear automatically.
Do you ship internationally?
We server primarily the US EU and UK.
Shipping to select countries outside these regions are shown at checkout. Duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are paid by the recipient and are not included in our shipping charge.
Which carriers do you use?
We partner with major carriers such as UPS, FedEx and DHL and with regional couriers. The carrier is chosen for fastest delivery to your address depending if Economy or Expedited shipping has been chosen.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Maybe. Contact Support as soon as possible. Once an order is fulfilled or in transit, we can't guarantee changes.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contanct Support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
What happens if my package is refused, returned, or undeliverable?
Customers are responsible for packages that are refused, returned by the carrier, or cannot be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If reshipment is possible, we will reship your order upon request, but the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs.
