We are committed to delivering your order accurately and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing & Dispatch

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

• Order Verification: We may contact you to verify payment, shipping details, or inventory prior to dispatch.

• Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. There is no extra cost to you for split shipments.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, carrier volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Regions, Duties & Taxes

• Shipping Regions: We currently ship only within the United States.

• Undeliverable Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or an unclaimed delivery, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

• Damaged/Defective: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@modavinio.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund (including return shipping) at our discretion.

• Lost Packages: We will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier for lost parcels. Please note that risk of loss passes to you upon carrier acceptance, but we will do our best to resolve delivery issues.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact support@modavinio.com immediately. We cannot guarantee we will be able to intercept the order once processing has begun. If the order has already shipped, please follow our Return Policy.
