If you reasonably believe an item may not meet expectations:

Contact us in writing within 30 days of delivery at support@modavinio.com, including your order number and details of your concern.

At our discretion, we may request additional information, photos, or arrange a review with an independent third-party authentication service.

If an item is determined to be materially misrepresented, we will offer one of the following remedies:

  • A full refund of the purchase price (and standard shipping), or

  • A replacement item of equal value, if available
