Our Promise
Customer satisfaction and honest business practices are our top priority. We stand by the authenticity of every branded item we sell.

If an item is ever proven counterfeit, you’re protected.
If you reasonably believe an item you purchased from us is not authentic:

1. Contact us in writing within 30 days of delivery at support@modavinio.com with your order number and reason for concern.

2. At our option we may arrange a third-party expert authentication review and provide instructions for sending the item or photos thereof to an independent authenticator.

3. If the item is confirmed counterfeit, you choose your remedy:

   • Full refund of your purchase price (and standard shipping), or

   • Replacement with the same item (or comparable item of equal value) if available.

How we source

• We partner only with vetted vendors and distributors who provide proper invoices and proof of origin.

• Each item undergoes internal QC checks (labels, materials, stitching, hardware, serials/IDs, packaging where applicable).

What’s not covered

• Items altered after delivery or missing required tags/serials when requested for review.
