Returns and Refunds
1) Return Window
You may request a return withinΒ 14 days of delivery.
2) Condition of Items
Returned items must beΒ unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
3) How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email support@modavinio.com with your order number. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide the specific warehouse address for your item.
Important: Please do not send returns to our administrative office in Charlotte, NC, as they cannot be processed there. Our inventory ships from multiple warehouses; you must use the specific warehouse address provided with your RA number to ensure your refund is processed correctly.
4) Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items are received and inspected. Please allow 7 business days for your bank to post the refund.
5) Exchanges
Exchanges areΒ subject to availability. If an exchange isnβt available, weβll process a refund instead.
6) Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale/clearance items marked non-returnable at purchase (except in cases of confirmed inauthenticity or manufacturing defect).
- Intimates, underwear, and swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or the item is worn.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been used, altered, or are missing their original tags/packaging.
7) Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error,Β return shipping is the customerβs responsibility.
8) Authenticity Guarantee (Counterfeit Protection)
We stand by authenticity. If an item is confirmed counterfeit by an independent authenticator you may choose a full refund or a replacement of equal value if available. If we request the review, we cover the authentication cost. See our Authenticity Guarantee page for full details and timelines.

You do for change-of-mind/fit/color. We do for damaged, defective, wrong item, or confirmed counterfeit cases.
